Known as the Pacific Riviera, the 7,700-acre Newport Coast community is at the eastern edge of Newport Beach, and encompasses the South Orange County coast between Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach. Developed in the 1980s, more than 75 percent of the Newport Coast area is dedicated to open space or golf courses.
Designed to resemble a coastal Mediterranean community, Marriott's Newport Coast Villas is a 75-acre timeshare resort. The property includes several five-story buildings with a total of 201 guestrooms. Each unit is a beautiful two- bedroom, two-bath villa with a private balcony, spacious living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary continental breakfasts are served every Monday morning.
