The Stromness Hotel is located in Stromness on Orkney Island in Scotland, within two miles of Scapa Flow, a scuttled German fleet, and seven miles from Mae's Howe, an ancient burial tomb.

The Stromness Hotel is set in a four-storey traditional stone house overlooking the harbour. There is a traditional Victorian garden situated to the rear of the hotel. This is a smoke-free property.
A full complimentary Scottish breakfast is served daily. Scapa Flow Restaurant overlooks the garden and opens for lunch and dinner, serving a la carte dishes.
