Driving Directions
- From the airport walk 500 metres to Exeter Airport Clyst Honiton and catch the Stagecoach Devon route bus 56A to the Jolly Porter, St David's Hill, then change to route 51 to Crossways Inn, Padson. Walk 20 metres to catch First South Devon bus route 86 to The Quay, Bideford, where the hotel is 300 metres away. Alternatively, a taxi from the airport will cost in the region of 80 GBP. The historic town of Bideford is best explored on foot, with a rental car or bus recommended for seeing more of North Devon. Driving directions: From the airport head for the M5 and exit at J27 (Barnstaple). At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A361. At Portmore roundabout take the first exit onto the A39 for Bideford and at the next roundabout take the second exit across River Taw Bridge. Continue on the A39 and turn right after the second roundabout (Roundswell) to pick up the A386. At Bideford take a left into New Road signposted for Torrington, Okehampton and the hotel is there.
