The Hotel El Mouradi Skanes is a contemporary four-storey property, which has strong influences from Arabic architecture and is located by the beach. It is 13 kilometres from the Tunisian town of Monastir, and the Palm Links Golf Course is across the road. Monastir-Habib Bourguiba Airport (MIR) is seven kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of 15 minutes.

There are two outdoor pools with a poolside bar and sun loungers, a private beach, a children's pool, a playground and two tennis courts.
