The Chiena Resort is located in the Tuscan hills, four kilometres from the Santa Maria Abbey in Sant Ellero, and seven kilometres from the city of Regello. Florence is 25 kilometres distance.

Originally an 11th-century farmhouse, the stone-built Chiena Resort looks out over the Chianti hills. From Florence Vespucci Airport (FLR):
Distance to Chiena Resort is 30 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.
Getting there.
From the airport take the shuttle directly to Florence central railway station, Santa Maria Novella. Single tickets cost 6 EUR. Then take the train to Sant' Ellero, which depart every half hour. A courtesy pick-up service from Sant' Ellero to Chiena Resort can be arranged in advance. Taxis to the hotel cost 65 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around.
The hotel operates a limousine service to surrounding destinations, and a complimentary shuttle services to central Florence. A car is recommended for independent travel.
Driving directions. From the airport follow directions to the A1. Follow directions to Roma. Take the exit Incisa. Turn right following the directions for Firenze/Pontassieve. Continue straight following directions to Firenze/Pontassieve. In Sant' Ellero turn right following directions to Donni/Tosi. On arrival in Donni turn right following directions to Regello/San Donato Franzano. Drive for one kilometre and just before the bell tower turn right. The Chiena Resort is 200 metres down the road.
