The Ramada Hotel & Suites at Killerig Golf Resort is part of an expansive golf retreat set in a modern, semi-circular complex located nine kilometres east of Carlow town centre, with impressive views of the Wicklow Mountains and Killeshin Hills. Dublin International Airport is 96 kilometres from the retreat, an approximate driving time of one hour and 10 minutes.

The Ramada Hotel & Suites at Killerig Golf Resort has two main restaurants and bars to choose from. Sir Henry's is in bistro style with an emphasis on fresh local produce, and Brannigan's offers traditional Irish cuisine. There is also music on the weekends, and outside terrace seating when weather permits.
The resort boasts a Championship 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a football ground, and a separate play area for children featuring supervised activities. There is also horse riding, quad biking and fishing facilities nearby.

Driving Directions
Getting there.
Guests are highly recommended to hire a car to get to the hotel. Alternatively, J J Kavanagh Buses pick up from the airport and take guests to Carlow train station which is nine kilometres (5.5 miles) from the hotel. There are also taxis from the arrivals terminal, but cost is approximately 120 EUR to the hotel.
Driving directions. From the airport take the M1 and then the M50 to Red Cow Roundabout. Take the third exit signposted 'the South' (N8, N9). At Newlands Cross traffic signals continue on the N7 until the M7 (for Limerick/Cork). At junction 9 take the left lane to join the M9 motorway (for Waterford, Kilkenny, Carlow). At the end of the motorway continue through Castledermot, and turn left at the end of Castledermot onto the R418 towards Tullow. Continue for approximately eight kilometres to Killerig crossroads, with Walsh Pub on the right. Continue and the hotel is on the right.
