- The Iberostar Plagos Beach is a modern hotel built on Ampoula Beach, two kilometres from the shops, bars and restaurants of Tsilivi. The capital of Zakynthos is a seven kilometre drive. Zakynthos International Airport is nine kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 30 minutes. This four-floor hotel features 161 air- conditioned guestrooms decorated in warm hues with oak furnishings and tiled floors. All have balconies or terraces with sea or garden views, and include satellite TV, direct-dial phones, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, and mini-fridges. All-Inclusive and half board rates are available.
Guests can bronze by the poolside and enjoy cool drinks and snacks from the bar. The hotel overlooks the Ampoula beach which has been awarded a Blue Flag for its clear waters. Children can play in the paddling pool and playground and adults can take part in activities such as aerobics. Guests can enjoy access to a floodlit tennis court and a games room with table tennis and billiards. The nearby beach offers opportunities for water sports including windsurfing and boating (surcharge applies). As well as the main buffet restaurant, there is a main bar and a pool bar, where a lunch buffet is served. Every Friday night guests can sample a special Greek buffet in the restaurant, and afterwards enjoy a folklore show with live music and dancing. Guests arriving by car will find free car parking on site.
All-Inclusive plan
- The All-Inclusive rate includes the following:
Room accommodations, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, local alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks until midnight, ice cream from 10 AM to 6 PM, hot and cold snacks from 10 AM to midnight, lunch boxes for excursions. Use of swimming pool and pool sun loungers, pool towel service (deposit required). Aerobics, tennis, table tennis. Playground and children's pool. Full programme of daily activities six days a week, full programme of evening entertainment six nights a week, Greek night every Friday night.
Not included: Branded drinks, drinks after midnight, in-room safes, transport, transfers, Internet and phone usage, additional purchases. Please note: All-Inclusive guests are required to wear an identification bracelet at all times. Guests are requested to order only ONE drink at a time. Swimming during the night is not permitted.

Driving Directions
- The best way to get from the airport to the hotel is by taxi or private car. A taxi should cost approximately EUR 20. Bicycles and scooters can be hired locally. A hire car would be useful for exploring further afield. Driving directions: From the airport drive left until the main road and then follow directions to the Tsilivi tourist area.
