Location.
The contemporary Santa Marina Hotel is located on a bluff overlooking the Aegean Sea on the Cycladean island of Mykonos, Greece. There is a private beach below the bluff. Mykonos Town is three kilometres away and Paradiso Beach is 11 kilometres from the hotel. Elia Beach is within 18 kilometres. Mykonos Airport (JMK) is eight kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features.
Set in 20 acres of grounds, the Santa Marina Hotel has whitewashed, traditional-style villas that form terraces up the hillside. The airy lobby opens onto a terrace with views over the Aegean Sea.
On this resort hotel's private beach the casual beach bar and restaurant serves barbecued meat and fish, and a range of seasonal salads for lunch. The poolside bar and restaurant serves buffet breakfasts and a la carte lunches, including Mediterranean dishes and sandwiches. The Nighttime Restaurant is for smart/casual fine dining, with seafood specialities.
The hotel has meeting rooms for up to 250 people, and business services including two PCs with dial-up Internet access (surcharge).
The hotel spa features Clarins treatments. Sun loungers dot the private beach and the outdoor swimming pool with Aegean views. Jet-skis are available in July and August (surcharge). A car is useful for exploring further afield.
