Driving Directions
- A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs approximately 61 EUR. The best way to explore the island is by hire car. Driving directions: From the airport head towards Iraklion and exit at Mires, turn right at the first junction and head south through Gortys. Follow signs for Mires and Timbaki, then Matala. The hotel is in the centre of Matala, on the right hand side.
