- The Lydia Maris is a large modern resort complex designed in a village style and set in extensive flower and plant- filled gardens. Located on the east coast of the island, the hotel is 250 metres from Kolymbia Beach, 25 kilometres from Rhodes Town. The complex 155 air- conditioned guestrooms have a light decor with patterned fabrics, cool tiled floors and simple modern furnishings. All open out on to garden verandas and are complete with cable television, direct-dial phones and minibars. Bathrooms have hairdryers and complimentary toiletries. The All-Inclusive rate plan includes all meals, snacks, refreshments, use of resort facilities and a full programme of entertainment. The informal buffet-style restaurant offers a range of international dishes, and vegetarians and children are well-catered for.
