- The Steigenberger Resort Hotel Rügen is a manor house hotel located in a large resort complex, within 300 metres of riding stables and 13 kilometres from Sassnitz. Driving Directions
- Trains are available from the airport and the nearest train station to the hotel is Sagard, three kilometres away. The shuttle service from the station to the hotel is 8 EUR. Driving directions: From the airport follow the A20 in the direction of Stralsund. Change to the A20 around the Stralsund circumvention over the Rügen-Embankment towards Sassnitz. At the Glowe/Sagard intersection turn left towards Sagard. Follow the road to the Neddesitz intersection and turn right. From here it is two more kilometres to the hotel. Please be aware that Ruegendamm is closed for 20 minutes at following times 02:30 / 05:20 / 09:15 / 17:20 / 21:30.
