- Based three kilometres from the small village of Siex in the region of Ariage, the resort is composed of modern wooden chalets facing Mont Vallier. The 70 chalets sleep from four to nine people and feature simple décor with practical furniture; all have terraces, some with mountain views. All chalets are equipped with kitchenettes with two or four-ring hotplates, dishwashers, mini-ovens, fridges and cookware, as well as bathrooms with handheld showers and lavatories. Guest can make use of the onsite fitness centre and sauna and rent televisions or skis, straight from the resort. Those with cars will find complimentary parking in the resort, close to the chalets. The residence is a short distance from the Guzet Neige skiing resort, a ski area boasting 18 ski lifts and 34 slopes. As well as skiing, guests can participate in snow boarding and cross country skiing, which are both a 20 kilometres from the hotel. In the summer months, sporting and recreational activities are organized by the resort, including hiking excursions in the Pyrenees, tennis, swimming, fishing or bare back horse riding. Toulouse Blagnac Airport is 120 kilometres away.

Approximate driving time is 120 minutes and distance is 75 miles / 120 kilometers.
From Toulouse, take the motorway to Tarbes and exit number 20 at St Girons and follow the direction of Guzet Neige. In the village of Seix, follow directions to Col de la Core to find the resort.
Taxis leave from a taxi rank situated outside Arrivals Door C. Shuttle buses leave from Door C for the city centre; the shuttle's main stops are the bus station, Jean Jaures, Jeanne d'Arc and Compans Caffarelli. From Toulouse bus and train stations, connections are to Saint Girons and Seix.
Saint Girons train station is 20 kilometers from the residence. The best way to explore the area and travel to the resort is by car or taxi as public transport is limited.
