- The Domaine du Somail is a family holiday resort nestled amongst vineyards and set 200 metres from the UNESCO heritage site of Canal du Midi, 14 kilometres from Narbonne's beaches. This property features 80 modern guestrooms decorated in light hues with modern dark wood furnishings and colourful red fabrics. Rooms are housed in single level bungalow style buildings set around a central swimming pool, all of which include televisions, telephones and large sliding windows open onto patios with sun beds. Guests can enjoy lounging in the sunshine on the terrace, taking dips in the outdoor pool or relaxing in the hotel's Zen Space, which features a sauna and hammam. Bicycles can be rented for exploring locally. A car would be the most useful form of transport for trips further afield Driving directions: From the A9 motorway - Exit at Narbonne Sud and go straight ahead past the tollgate in the direction of Béziers then in the direction of Marcorigan. Then St Marcel and Le Somail along the D607 (do not take the Salleles d'Aude. Follow signs to the property.
