This modern residence is situated in Saint Lary in the Pyrenees mountain range, situated 400 metres from the nearest ski lift and the resort centre. Lourdes Airport is 70 kilometres from the residence, and takes around 90 minutes to reach by car.

The residence is located 400 metres from the nearest ski lift in the resort of Saint Lary Soulan, part of the Pyrenees ski area. The resort is located at an altitude of 830 - 2515 metres and features 100 kilometres of ski runs, including nine black runs, spread out in three areas: Saint Lary 1700 (Pia d'Adet) for family skiing, Saint Lary 1900 (Espiaube) for intermediate skiers, and Saint Lary 2400 for experienced skiers. For advanced skiers, off-piste skiing is available around the resort and there are cross-country trails. Children can be kept occupied at the resort's kid's club (fees may apply), and the resort centre is the location of numerous après-ski options, including many bars, restaurants, and clubs.

The Soleil d'Aure features 66 apartments, all of which include kitchenettes with tea and coffee-making facilities, hot plates, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens and extractor hoods.
Expert Tip.Guests can take a break from the slopes to travel 17 kilometres to Col d'Aubert mountain pass, where there are remarkable views of the tiered lakes Aubert and Aumar, and the smaller stretch of water known as Les Laquettes, at the foot of the Pic de Neouvielle.

Driving Directions
Getting there.
The nearest train station to the resort is Lannemezan, 40 kilometres away; from here guests can take a taxi to the residence. Saint Lary Soulan can be explored on foot. A hire car is recommended for travelling further afield.
Driving directions.From the airport, take exit number 16 'Lannemezan', then take the D929 to Arreau. Follow directions to Saint Lary.
