This classically designed hotel built in 1906 is set on a narrow cobbled street in the city centre. Originally opened by the Austrian Emperor, the hotel has retained its regal charm, and boasts a high- ceilinged lobby with ornate coving, red carpets, and chandeliers. Getting there.
Shuttle buses run from the airport to the metro line. At the last stop on the yellow line, Cerny Most, an express bus service runs to Liberec from the bus station. The journey time is approximately 60 minutes.
Getting around. The centre of Liberec is accessible on foot, although there is a city tram line connecting Horní Hanychov and Lidové Sady areas of the city. A tramline also connects Liberec to its neighbouring town of Jablonec nad Nisou.
