- No roads lead to Ulaa. Guests need to book flights arriving at Bariloche International Airport in San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina. We will take you to Ulaa from there.

- We will process 100 payment for your stay at time of booking. Your reservation is unconditionally non-refundable. No refunds will be given for cancellations - Credit valid for one year will be issued. --PLEASE PURCHASE CANCELLATION INSURANCE-- Cancellations/Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Changes/cancellations within 48 hours in advance are subject to one night charge credit will be issued for the remaining non-refundable balance - Date changes are not accepted on the day of arrival - day of arrival cancellations are completely non-refundable and not valid for credit. If you are arriving late, we will hold the accommodation until 12pm the following day.
