Ferdinand's Caribbean Café provides bold décor and an ocean-view deck where fare includes parmesan-encrusted swordfish. Mulitple open-air restaurants and bars complete this resort's roster of tropical dining choices. The resort's 700- foot-wide beachfront extends 150 feet to the turquoise Caribbean, providing uncrowded lounge-chair sunbathing.
